Delivery and Return Conditions
1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
- Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping company you choose.
- Shipping is not done on official holidays and weekends.
- Your orders are sent with the shipping companies we have agreements with.
- When the product(s) you ordered are delivered to your address, please check the shipping package and receive it. Do not accept damaged or opened packages and have the shipping officer draw up a report.
2. DELIVERY FEE
- Shipping is free for purchases of 2,000 TL and above.
- For orders under 2,000 TL, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer and is added to the order total during payment.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
- You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, original packaging intact and in resalable condition.
- Before the return process, you must send an e-mail to info@alnlabcosmetic.com to inform us of your return request.
- After the return approval, the product must be sent to the address specified by us by cargo.
- After the product reaches us and is checked, your payment will be returned within 3-7 business days.
Note:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or cannot be offered for resale due to hygiene reasons.
- The cost of the return cargo belongs to the customer if the product is not defective.
4. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Product exchange is possible within the availability of our stocks.
- You can contact us at info@alnlabcosmetic.com for your exchange requests.
- In exchanges, the product must be sent unused and in its original packaging.
