Membership Agreement
1. Parties
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is deemed to be mutually accepted between the www.alnlabcosmetic.com website (“Site”) and the user who becomes a member of the site (“Member”), upon the Member’s registration to the site.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the conditions under which the Member can benefit from the services offered through the Site and the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Membership Conditions
- Membership is achieved by filling out the membership form on the Site correctly and completely.
- Individuals under the age of 18 cannot become members without the consent of their legal representatives.
- The Company reserves the right not to accept membership applications or to terminate memberships when deemed necessary.
4. Member's Obligations
- The Member accepts that all information provided in the membership form is correct and up-to-date.
- The Member is personally responsible for the transactions made with his/her username and password.
- The Member undertakes to use the services offered by the Site only for lawful purposes.
- The Member is obliged to comply with the rights of third parties and legal regulations in all transactions made through the Site.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Company
- The Company will make every effort to provide the services it offers to the member continuously, uninterruptedly and securely.
- The Company reserves the right to change the content and access method of the services as it deems necessary.
- The Company will protect and use user information in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and Privacy Policy.
6. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data provided by the member to the site is protected within the scope of KVKK numbered 6698, and detailed information is available on the [Privacy Policy] page.
7. Termination
- The member may terminate his/her membership by closing his/her account at any time.
- The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend membership if it detects behaviors that are contrary to this agreement or the site rules.
8. Limitation of Liability
The company does not make any commitment regarding the accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted provision of the products and services offered through the site. The company is not responsible for any damages caused by technical failures or third parties.
9. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from this contract.
10. Entry into force
By becoming a member of the Site, the Member declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the articles in this agreement. The Agreement enters into force upon the Member's electronic approval.
