Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is deemed mutually accepted upon the Member's registration on the website www.alnlab.com ("Site") between the Site and the user who becomes a member ("Member").

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the terms of use of the services offered through the Site by the Member, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership Conditions

- Membership is completed by correctly and fully filling out the membership form on the Site.

- Individuals under the age of 18 cannot become members without the permission of their legal representatives.

- The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications or terminate memberships when deemed necessary.

4. Member's Obligations

- The Member accepts that all information provided in the membership form is accurate and up to date.

- The Member is personally responsible for all actions performed using their username and password.

- The Member undertakes to use the services offered by the Site only for lawful purposes.

- The Member is obliged to respect the rights of third parties and comply with legal regulations in all transactions carried out through the Site.

5. Company's Rights and Obligations

- The Company will make every effort to provide the services offered to the member continuously, uninterruptedly, and securely.

- The Company reserves the right to change the content and access method of the services when deemed necessary.

- The Company will protect and use user information in accordance with the KVKK and Privacy Policy provisions.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

The personal data provided by the Member to the site is protected under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and detailed information is available on the [Privacy Policy] page.

7. Termination

- The Member may terminate their membership at any time by closing their account.

- The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend membership if behaviors contrary to this agreement or site rules are detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted provision of products and services offered through the Site. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by technical failures or third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10. Effective Date

The Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms in this agreement by becoming a member of the Site. The agreement comes into effect upon the Member's electronic approval.
