Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Agreement has been signed between the parties below under the terms and conditions specified below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that upon confirming the order subject to the agreement, they will be obliged to pay the price of the order and any additional fees such as shipping and taxes, and that they have been informed about this.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below shall represent the explanations written opposite them.

LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts,
SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods made or promised to be made for a fee or benefit,
SELLER: The company offering goods to consumers within the scope of commercial or professional activities or acting on behalf or account of the one offering goods,
BUYER: The natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
ORDERER: The natural or legal person requesting a good or service through the SELLER's website,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: The movable property subject to the purchase and intangible goods such as software, sound, image, and similar prepared for use in electronic environments,

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The prices listed and announced on the site are sales prices. Announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTRACTED PRODUCT(S)

1. The basic features of the goods/product(s)/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER's website. If the seller has organized a campaign, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. Valid until the campaign date.

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

8.1. Information and Acceptance

The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery on the SELLER's website, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

8.2. Delivery Time

Each product subject to the contract is delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the BUYER's place of residence distance, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the distance contract concerns the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal by rejecting the goods without any reason within 14 days from the delivery date to themselves or the person/organization at the address provided, provided that they notify the SELLER.

10. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL

Products prepared at the BUYER's request or clearly for personal needs, such as underwear bottoms, makeup products, and disposable items, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

11. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER makes payment by credit card and defaults, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be responsible to the bank.

12. COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this agreement, complaints and objections shall be made to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court located in the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction was conducted.

13. EFFECTIVENESS

BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when making the payment for the order placed through the Site.
