Delivery and Return Conditions

1. DELIVERY TERMS

- Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days at the latest after payment confirmation.

- Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping company you choose.

- Shipping operations are not carried out on official holidays and weekends.

- Your orders are shipped via our contracted courier companies.

- When your ordered product(s) are delivered to your address, please check the package before accepting it. Do not accept damaged or opened packages and have the courier officer prepare a report.

2. DELIVERY FEE

- Shipping is free for purchases of 2,000 TL and above.

- For orders under 2,000 TL, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the order total at checkout.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

- You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.

- The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

- Before returning, you must notify us of your return request by sending an email to info@alnlab.com.

- After return approval, the product must be shipped to the address we specify.

- Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your payment will be refunded within 3-7 business days.

Note:

- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or those that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons.

- The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

4. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

- Product exchanges are possible depending on our stock availability.

- For exchange requests, you can contact us at info@alnlab.com.

- For exchanges, the product must also be unused and sent in its original packaging.
